I have been remiss in writing this letter and getting it off to you as promptly as I should have.
Myself and my wife spent 8 glorious days at your resort that was by far the best vacation we have ever had. Over the years we have taken vacations to Hyatt resorts, I have traveled for business and visited many luxury hotels throughout the country, however none of them compares to your facility!
From the moment we arrived we were treated like we were the only guests on the premises. We arrived early (11:30 AM) and inquired about our room. We were informed it was not ready but that we should go to breakfast and Karin Koch would call us as soon as it was ready. Within an hour she called my cell phone and had the room ready.
Ellen Huettel in the reservations department was sensational, caring, efficient, and extremely helpful in every way. My wife and I feel we have a friend forever. We cannot praise her efforts enough. I have a medical condition and Ellen’s efforts provided us both with peace of mind even before we arrived.
We shopped, had dinner, sat at the pool and on the beach at your resort and every single person was patient, helpful, polite and genuinely made us feel special.
We enjoyed meeting you and your staff at the General Managers reception.
If all my medical situations work out as planned, God willing, you can rest assured we will be back to celebrate. I think we have found a second home!
