Cindy and I want to personally thank you and your staff for a most delightful and wonderful stay.
No doubt one could say that your facility is one of the best Marriott properties in the US, but I would also say that your real strength is in your staff. Without exception your staff was beyond anything I have ever seen at any Marriott in the U.S.
Our first contact was with Mala at the front desk and her supervisor last Saturday ( Carrie or Cory?) They worked to ensure we had a fantastic upgrade to a suite on the top floor. We were moved to a Lanai Suite after a day and actually enjoyed that suite more than the larger 11th floor suite we had on the first day. Any issue we had was dealt with quickly and our problems were taken care of without any troubles.
We celebrated my wife’s 50th birthday on Monday. I talked with Peggy at the concierge’s desk early that morning. She set up a flower delivery for Cindy. It was the most beautiful arrangement Cindy ever received from me. She set us up on the Seashell Sailing Tour and set us up for a dinner at the Blue Herron that evening. She even had chocolate covered strawberries sent up that day as well. Peggy made the day special for sure. Boy is she good!
But I don’t want to just single out a couple of people. From Shannon, the boat captain, to our Tropics and Quinn’s waitresses, the shop clerks, the hotel maids, the pool guys, the car valet guys, just everyone was most courteous and personable.
WOW, did we enjoy Wednesday evening at sunset at Quinns. That was great!
You have one great property and your staff makes it great!
